Deliberately small groups
Four on the Reformer, five to eight on the mat and strength floor - always room for corrections and individual attention.
Physiotherapist-led Reformer Pilates, mat workouts and functional strength – taught in small groups and tailored to your body and goals.
Most people arrive with the same handful of problems. None of them are solved by another membership card.
That's the part we do differently. Before you're sold a class or a package, a physiotherapist watches how you actually move — where you're stiff, where you're weak, and what you're trying to get out of this.
What comes out of that is a program, a frequency and a starting point chosen for your body — not a timetable you slot yourself into and hope. There are five to choose from.

Four things shape every session, in every program we run.
Four on the Reformer, five to eight on the mat and strength floor - always room for corrections and individual attention.
A movement approach informed by physiotherapy principles.
Exercises can be adjusted according to individual fitness level, goals and movement requirements.
A structured session designed around controlled, progressive movement.
It's a method, not a machine. Pilates trains posture, breathing, core strength, flexibility, mobility and balance through controlled, deliberate movement — rather than burning calories or shifting heavy load. Several pieces of equipment serve it, each with a different job.
01Your own bodyweight as the resistance. The foundation of the method, and where most people should begin.
02A moving carriage and springs that create resistance and support at the same time. The one most people picture.
03Strength, balance and advanced core control in a small footprint. Unforgiving, in a useful way.
04Stretching, spinal mobility, posture awareness and flexibility. Where stiff backs tend to make the fastest progress.
05Different equipment, same method — control, breath, precision and alignment. Which you use depends on what your body needs.
Real weight loss, a stronger body and better posture - without crash diets or starving. Here's what changes, and roughly when.
You'll be sore in a good way. Bloating settles, you start sitting and standing straighter without thinking about it, and you leave each session feeling energised rather than wrecked.
The waistband stops digging in. Your midsection tightens and your posture visibly improves - people will ask if you've lost weight before the scale has moved much.
This is where it really shows. Arms and legs get toned, your back and shoulders look stronger, and clothes you'd stopped wearing fit again.
Because you lost it by building muscle instead of starving, it doesn't come straight back. You're stronger for daily life too - lifting, travelling, long days, keeping up with your kids.
Most people join to lose weight. They stay for how confident it makes them feel.

Missing fileCoreBloom Wellness was created with a simple belief: your body deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.
We bring together physiotherapy, Pilates, yoga and strength training to help women move better, build lasting strength and feel more confident in their bodies.
Everything starts with understanding you — how you move, where you feel restricted, what feels weak, and what your body needs. Your programme is then shaped around your body, your goals and your stage of life.
Founded by Dr. Vidya Lakshmi, Physiotherapist, CoreBloom was created to give women a more thoughtful way to build strength, recover well and make movement a lasting part of their lives.
A focused environment where you can train with guidance, attention and room to move.
